Most software asks you to adapt to it. You learn its menus, its vocabulary and its way of working, and somewhere along the way the thing you set out to do gets pushed to the side.

We think that is the wrong way round.

Hansoric Technologies is an AI-native company for creators and builders. We are building tools that start with the person using them: what they are trying to make, what slows them down, and what they would like more time for.

What "AI-native" means to us

AI-native means AI is in the foundation of what we build, not bolted on afterwards. It does not mean AI is the point.

The point is the person on the other side of the screen. AI is how we take away the repetitive, the fragmented and the slow, so that attention goes back to the work that needs a human.

That is why our line is "AI-native. Human first." Both halves matter, and neither works without the other.

Who we are building for

We build for two kinds of people.

Creators are the people who make things: designers, writers, filmmakers, strategists, studios and agencies. We do not mean influencers or content churners. We mean people whose craft is the product, and who care about how it is made as much as what comes out.

Builders are the people who build and run organisations: founders, engineers, architects, consultants and the firms they lead. They are balancing projects, people and profit, and usually doing it across too many disconnected tools.

What we are building

Flappd AI, for creative production

Flappd AI is a creative production platform for studios, agencies and independent creators. It brings a team of specialised agents into your workflow, with brand memory that keeps the work consistent as it moves from idea to finished piece.

The aim is simple: consistency without slowing down. You keep the creative decisions. Flappd takes on the production overhead around them.

Cadence, for running the business

Cadence is professional services automation and business management for firms that deliver projects for clients. It is designed to run projects, people and profit from one place, so the picture of your business is not scattered across spreadsheets, chats and half a dozen subscriptions.

The aim here is clarity: knowing where every project stands, who is stretched, and what is actually earning its keep.

Both products are in early development, and we are opening early access to people who want to shape them with us.

Why this matters

Creative and professional work has been getting more complicated, not less. More tools, more handoffs, more admin, and more of the day spent managing the work instead of doing it.

AI can make that worse if it is added as one more thing to learn. Or it can make it better, if it is built to disappear into the background and give people their time and attention back.

We are betting on the second path. We think a creator should be able to move from idea to finished work without losing their voice. We think a builder should be able to see their whole business clearly without a morning of spreadsheets. And we think the tools that make this possible should be simple enough that nobody needs a manual.
